I have encountered the following error trying to update my exam profile during registration process.

I took certification exams in the past somewhere in year 2006. I recently taken the AZ-900 exam and I am trying to retrieve my badge and to share it on Credily but I am getting the above mentioned error.

Request that you to look into this issue and provide necessary instructions to be able to update my profile and retrieve the badge.
