How Can add 3rd Party Solution (Forensic Watermarking DRM) on Azure?

Hi Experts,
there is our Customer who has Forensic Watermark DRM Solution.

in Azure, there is no Forensic Watermark DRM method yet.
Do you know how to add 3rd party feature into Azure such as API integration or built-in onto Azure Media Service?

for your reference, AWS provided these 3rd party feature with API integration method.

I have difficulty to find where to contact and how to ask this request anywhere.
