My son's account, part of my family account, has been taken over/hacked/stolen. They changed the email address associated with his account and his password. I can see that it was all changed through my account, but cannot do anything with it. How do we recover his account? Hacked by ******@rambler.ru

If an account access problem then try resetting via the account recovery form

Almost identical thing happened to my son.
After following the link provided by DSPatrick I had to click "Show expanded list of products", then click on "Get help and support", then in the contact form type "Account hacked or compromised" and finally click the "Contact Support" button.

This brought me to the online assistance and then the very friendly supporter asked me a couple of questions that only the true owner of the account could answer after which they promised that their escalation team will get back to me within the next 24 hours.

    So far I am happy
