I'm using Windows 10 pro n | version:-2004 . I installed all the media feature pack on my pc. Yet, still I can't open my Camera and Voice Recorder. It shows that I need to install the media feature pack. So, what shall I do?

You could try restarting your computer.
When you install this update, you will not be prompted to restart your computer, but you must restart in order to successfully complete installation of the Media Feature Pack.
