Can't sync old backup of Microsoft authenticator. Even face App crash

Question

Form few weeks I am unable to use Microsoft authenticator. The moment I try to open a category for TOTP it crashes. So today I tested re-installing app and now nothing is in sync, though my backup was on. Now if I click on back up in settings it asks me to erase previous back up, which till now I have not clicked yes. Is there any option??? I had around 10 to 15 2fa TOTPs . . Now I can only see Microsoft account TOTP(Which when I try to open crashes). I have tired clear cache and even date but still not working. Tried to login in another fresh new device but facing same issue.

Update : Now when I checked app for screen shot it didn't show the option of previous back up.

I tried to search about the issue on the internet but all I could see is other people facing same problem with no answer for it.
Even all the recent Microsoft forum and Google play reviews are filled with the same issue.
First I thought it was due to update, So I even tried down grading the app to an apk from 3 months ago when it was working fine, but I was facing same issues there.
It seems to be a server side issue (not confirm), as per my knowledge.

I would be glad if I get a solution for it as soon as possible.
