So we've just bought Microsoft office 365 for my use within the company.
After downloading the software it says I didn't activated it. So the whole software is connected to the account and the mail I used to pay but I'll still have to activate it ?!
They say I need to connect to the network of our company. Right, we don't have any and I'm the administrator of the account.
They also say I can otherwise use a key to activate the account. Where do I find it ? It's nowhere to be found, nor I get any tutorial nor explanation about how to activate my account when downloading the software ?
I'm begging to be really fed up about all of that user experience from the entire tech network this decade. Nothing never works, even basic stuff.
I paid to use office, I'm connected to the admin account and still it's not activated. Come on ! Where do I find the key ? What can I do ?
