Unable to Save After Making Changes

I'm using Azure Audio Content Creation. However, I came to an issue this morning.

I was making changes to some content, which I created before. However, I could not save the content after changing it. An error message came like this:

Error: Plain text length(or plain text length of ssml) 12384 should not exceed maximum char length 3000.

Here are some tests I did and notes for this issue.
To make it clear, I'm using Chinese, or Mandarin in specific.
The text length limit in this session was 20,000, instead of 3,000.
I could do the changes and save yesterday. No issue.
I can create and save new content of over 3,000 words. When I make changes to the new content, I could not save it, either.
I also tried to switch between paid/free tiers, but neither worked. It is the same thing on a different computer.

Is there any clue for this issue?

I am sorry for the bad experience happened. I just got confirmation from the pm that, there is a limitation for F0 tier - user at most can save 3K characters per file, 500K total. Please make the file less than 3000 characters if you want to use F0 tier, or, switch to S0.

The reason why you could do more than 3K characters is because of an internal bug which just fixed. Product team is working on making notice in the UI and adding more notice in documentation.

I am sorry for this happened again. Apologize for all inconveniences.
