cant access bios..

hi.. actually I want to reset my processor which has been overclocked as it is causing bsod but due to some reasons i cant access bios of my pc..
plz note that i have tried the following methods..

  1. disabling fast startup
  2. removing and installing cmos battery after ten minutes.
  3. reinstalling drivers and windows..
    pls help me..
    also my motherboard doesnt support uefi settings....
