Hello,
We are trying to migrate from Lync 2013 to Skype for Business 2019 and encounter the below error when trying to move the Central Management Store:
Error: Could not find stored procedure “LisImportDatabase.Xml”.
End executing command 5.
Error: Failed to execute the following PowerShell command –Import-CsLisConfiguration –
FineName “C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Temp\Move-CsManagementServer-CsLisConfiguration-New-3-babcece3-3944-4819-9ab4-197714cb8a24.zip*.
There is no file named "LisImportDatabase.Xml" within the zip file.
Has anyone encountered this, or know what could be causing this?

According to your error message, it looks like there is no such xml file in your zip file.
I searched an official document, it did not show the above command in its steps, could you check it to see if helps for you?
It has been a while, how is everything going?
