Azure Virtual Machines
An Azure service that is used to provision Windows and Linux virtual machines.
The error is not there anymore. Seems to be an intermittent issue with access to Azure AD. I can now see the list of users.

I am not able to add a new role to the Subscription. On clicking the Select Member link, the popup modal on the left shows the below information:
