I can't reproduce the issue you said. To make sync work, you can refer to the following steps:
- Log in Edge with same account in profile on your computer and mobile.
You can select the profile image in the computer browser taskbar and in the top left of Edge mobile to check if you're using the same account profile. - Make sure Sync is turned on your computer and mobile. You can also refer to this doc about how to turn on sync on Edge computer and mobile.
