Hi,

I recently changed my phone and forgot to backup the Authenticator app. When I try to login into Microsoft 365 it asking to approve sign request through the Microsoft Authenticator app. I don't have an alternative way to authenticate. I'm the only administrator so there isn't anyone else that can reset/remove it for me. Is there a way to reset the Authenticator/disable it from the login process?

Note: My version of 365 is the E5 subscription.

Thank You
