How do I change my name on my C:\Users folder?

I have been using my laptop for months and I have it signed in with my Microsoft account when I set it up, and it automatically registered the username of my previous PC's account as the username for the C:\Users folder. I already have a lot of files here and programmes installed, so resetting isn't an option for me. I am also the only user and administrator on this laptop, and most guides I checked are for secondary users and such. How do I change the folder name of my account in C:\Users? I don't want it to be the same as the one on my previous PC, and I find it ridiculous that Windows didn't let me choose my own username when I set up the laptop, and now I can't even find a way to change the folder name.
