Registrations for Cancelled Teams Meeting

Question

I recently had to cancel a number of Teams meetings that were using registrations.

It turns out the cancellation and the note I attached (which was quite important) never went out to those that registered.

Now that it has dropped from my calendar...can I recover it and check who was registered so I can send them the details that should have gone out with the cancellation?

Yes, you could try to see those registration information by following these steps:

Step 1: Select files tab on the left menu > select OneDrive > open in OneDrive.

Step 2: It will open a new browser tab, on the bottom of the page then select the “return to classic OneDrive” option.

Step 3: Select site contents

Step 4: Look for a list contain keywords “Questionaire ….” to narrow down the option you can filter based on the relevant modified date then click the list to open

Step 5: Now, you should be able to see the webinar registrants’ info.
