Hello,

I have a question about Microsoft Intune iOS User enrollment.

So basically when i enroll iOS device using user enrollment. And deploy application as "available" after i install it on the device. On the intune side it's showing incompatible.

So next thing is that when i remove device from intune -> it's removed icloud account, company portal account but applications stay. And i can't remove them.

How can i remove applications from iOS device?

Selective wipe doesn't work also.

Have you have some ideas?

Thank you!

Since iOS user enrollment is still in preview, there are some limitations. For application deployment, only the following app types can be deployed on the user enrollment devices. Store apps are not supported currently. Thus, the store apps may not be managed, and can't be removed by the Retire/Delete action.

    • User-licensed Volume Purchasing Plan (VPP) apps including custom apps
    • Line-of-business (LOB) apps
    • Web apps
