https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download
There is backup solution in the Windows and you have features like refresh and reset which is like format and reinstall Windows and these are replacements for imaging.
However, in case you have any special requirement for imaging, then you may open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and share your suggestion.
Microsoft Support for Creating and Restoring Disk Images
Over the decades Microsoft has taken a stab at creating and restoring disk images. Disk images are handy when an electro-mechanical device fails (the hard disk drive) and must be replaced. They are vital when third-party software is installed by the third-party and that developer person (or major corporation) absolutely refuses to provide installation media. The public-facing web pages on the Internet do not reveal the current situation. There are third-party disk image create/restore products. They have their strengths and weaknesses, few of which are properly documented. Microsoft Windows 7 touted a disk image create/restore solution. Later Windows-releases hint at offering the same or a similar solution. But I gather from comments that they don't work. Microsoft's vast and in-charge Sales and Marketing organization, without a doubt, worries about reduced revenues. If one creates a disk image for Computer A running Windows 7 and restore it to Computer B, with a completely different architecture, then it is a certainty that Windows 7 won't work properly. The ways for restoration to fail are endless. Since the current stab isn't suitable for any purpose, why not de-commit it and suggest third-party solutions? Just that. Nothing else.
