unable to access microsoft AZ900 certificate

HI team,
I have completed my AZ900 certification through certiport on Mar 3 2022.I wanted to download my certificate but whenever I visit the page it shows a blank page on clicking view certificate.I have received my AZ900 badge from credly and a mail which states an MCID which is different from the MCID that is shown in my certification profile ,Can you help me out to access my certificate page with the correct MCID?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
