No internet error

Question

I keep getting a popup error screen every time my laptop is no longer on a connection to the internet. See image of error below. Not sure where it is coming from or how to correct it, other than ensuring I have internet.

Kindly run Network Adapter troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Let us know what it reports back.

Hi @Kailiki

This error appears to indicate that when you have no Internet connection, your backup system is failing and therefore throwing the error. If you backup in the cloud, you may be able to configure it to not run when disconnected from the Internet.
