Hi, After March 4 at 2:25 UTC none of the Availability and Performance troubleshooter pages in my subscription is showing data, the apps are up and working and I can fetch data from Application Insights, Workbooks or Log Analytics. App Insights is enabled and connected with App Service Diagnostics. ![180686-app-not-showing-data.png][1] [1]: /api/attachments/180686-app-not-showing-data.png?platform=QnA

    Hi,

Root Cause: A change was deployed on the Metrics backend service which modifies how the service queries for and returns metrics to the Metrics Export path in the Diagnostic Logs service. This change caused the Diagnostic Logs service to be unable to process the returned metrics and export them to destination locations (Storage account, Log Analytics, etc).

One of the reason is you have exceeded the monthly quota limit of data points. Open the Settings/Quota and Pricing to find out. If so, you can upgrade your plan, or pay for additional capacity.
