Couldn't access account due to MS authenticator app

Question

I made a test account to go over azure functionalities but unfortunately I associated that with MS authenticator app. Since I didn't like it, so before removing the device I removed the account. Now, whenever I try to logon to that account it keeps on asking the MS authenticator code.

If an account access problem then try resetting via the account recovery form
