Renewal of VL OLP MSDN subscription (part no MX3-00100 - ALANG SA OLP NL)

Hi,
My current MSDN subscription which is a VL OLP (part no MX3-00100 - ALANG SA OLP NL) subscription expires on 31-March-2022. This is Visual Studio Enterprise. I have been running from pillar to post for the last 2 months to get the new part number as this OLP program is now discontinued. On one has been able to help me with the renewal process. I am the admin so clicking on the contact admin button is of no use. My vendor is asking me to get the part number for the renewal so he is also of no help. Microsoft gets routed to support and pre-sales and they are also of no help.

Can anyone here help me with this?
