You have locked me out of my own Skype account and now I cannot contact people I have no other way of reaching. Why, because of some BS update. Contacting the Microsoft Team is virtually impossible and replying to your emails goes straight to 'no reply'
My skype account is kylepuchalsky and I need you to open it NOW.
