I have to reinstall my SharePoint 2016 OnPremise Farm and with it the Workflow Manager.
Need to know how to do, since some components have been removed from the WebPlatformInstaller. When trying to download them offline using the following commands I get 404 error:
Webpicmd /offline /Products:ServiceBus /Path:E:\ServiceBus
Webpicmd /offline /Products:WorkflowClient /Path:E:\WorkflowClient
Webpicmd /offline /Products:WorkflowManagerRefresh /Path:E:\WorkflowManagerRefresh
Did not find any info on the web, except that the components have been removed by Microsoft.
I found this, but it does not help, because neither the official documentation says how to install it.

Today the WindowsImagingComponent works, but 'WindowsFabric_1_0_960_0 rises a 404:
I could reproduce this issue per my test.
We will give you an update as soon as possible if there is any fix on it.

The feedback we received is as follows:
The Workflow Manager and Service Bus teams are continuing to look into this. The difficulty is that most/all of these files have been codesigned with SHA1 digital signatures, but the Microsoft Download Center has a new policy that blocks teams from offering files with SHA1 digital signatures because those types of signatures are no longer considered to be strong enough. The Microsoft Download Center is automatically unpublishing files that don’t meet the new digital signature requirement.
The teams are looking at potential mitigations for this so they can get their files permanently republished, such as by re-signing the original downloads with an SHA256 digital signature. But there’s no ETA at this time.
