Microsoft Bookings Bug

Hi,

I am looking to raise a bug with Microsoft Bookings, although in true Microsoft fashion it's proving impossible to speak to anyone.

After a client has made a booking online using Microsoft Bookings, they have the option to cancel and modify the booking themselves. All this functionality works fine as far as I can tell. However, if the client modifies the booking and changes the member of staff, while this does setup a new appointment with the new member of staff, it doesn’t cancel the existing booking with the original member of staff. This leaves the client with two bookings.

Can someone advise on I get this bug raised with Microsoft?
