budget evaluated spend

Question

hello,

we are facing a situation where we have setup Budget and we are not getting triggers.

we have setup budget trigger points at multiple level. One of which is 100 GBP.

I can clearly see that RG has breached that mark, couple of days back. But budget still shows spend at 99.78GBP.

can you explain what is evaluated spend? any why it is not moving? also why it is not matching with Actual or Amortized spend?

Budgets usually takes 24-48 hours to catch up with actual spend and then kick off the alert.
