Azure "action required" email

Where is it configured to receive the default Microsoft Azure notification emails (such as anything Microsoft deems you need to know about your subscriptions or global services)? I am a global admin and well as a subscription owner and I used to receive these emails but no longer do.

    You will find the email settings in the message center. Navigate to Message center - Preferences - Email

    @Komoroske, Gina Were you able to resolve this? I have the same issue for other Azure Services on portal. I get these emails for one of my subscriptions and not for another one. I wonder if there's a setting some where.
