I am not able to connect MS forms into a flow for Power Automate. Why did that happen ?

I have had a power automate created to generate Quiz response from MS forms. It worked fine for a while, but one day I got error message into my Outlook. Now when I am trying to redo the flow. I am getting the follwoing error message stating "INcorrect Connection". I still cehcked I have got E3 level MS forms into my work account.

Here are the screen shots, unfortunately some are in German.

    Microsoft Forms is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Microsoft Forms actively monitors questions over at
