Azure SQL Data Sync - 'Resouce not found' when adding member database

Hi,
I've recently been trying to set up a data sync between two Azure SQL database's. I currently have a Hub database set up and trying to set up a member database. However when I try and add the member database, I get a notification to say: 'Add Failed' - Resource not found for the segment 'servers'.
I can select the database I need okay from the list, and both databases are on the same server. Could anyone shed some light on what this might be?

Thanks for the reply - it's another Azure SQL Database.
Experimenting with some other databases on the same server, it seemed to get a bit further along with databases that had no capital letters. Curiously the same server is available to pick from the dropdown twice, it does ring a bell that we had another issue caused by capital letters in the server name. Is that a thing?

I did not see anything like this yet, and if the description is accurate then this sound like a bug. The name of Azure SQL Logical Server should not include uppercase. There is a built-in rule which you can get when you use the portal to create the service:
server name can contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and '-', but can't start or end with '-' or have more than 63 characters.

Yes - this definitely rings a bell. When we created a recent SQL Database, I believe we were forced to input the name of the server in lower case. For the two SQL Databases we created prior to that (About a year ago), we seemed to be able to have this in caps.
As far as our portal is concerned, both these databases are on the same server, but as you can see in the example above, its got two references for it. If we select the lower case, we get the recently added server and if we select the caps, we get all the others.
Is it possible to alter the case of the server name which is in use?

I've managed to workaround in the meantime by updating the database name via SQL Management Studio. (DB is currently unused - just a copy). This seemed to force it to update the path name on the Azure Portal to a lowercase server name. I'm now able to add this as member database.
