Cannot find Excel MOS certification on my dashboard

Question

Im looking to find my excel MOS certification number. However, I cannot find my certification on my dashboard. I have only ever owned two Microsoft accounts, one of them being a personal and the other being a school account. I have recently changed my alias for my personal email and my school account is still active as i am still enrolled. I have logged into both accounts and neither have a certification associated with them. Who can i contact or what can i do to find my certification?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
