From Excel to Powerpoint slide and Automate the link whilst powerpoint is never closes and Excel is closed and opened?

Hi,
i am currently working on a project at work where multiple of my colleagues are using public excel sheet daily and i extract some of the data (tables and graphs) to display on public screens to show useable data to managers and general workers.

the data makes sense to lower and upper hierarchy.

now i need to update links manually on the regular on Power point and that is a lot of clicking and adjusting, i need to know if there is an ad-in that can support what i want to do or is there any solution to automating the update on power point or excel, so it does not need my intervention, at all?
