Hi.
We enrolled few Xiaomi Redmi 9C for our company. And now after latest update of Ntune (1.3.2022) devices start to updating and never finish it. It just stuck... All we can do is to wipe the device and start all over. But after enrolling the device, phone get stuck in updating process sonner or later... What can we do?

In fact, it will go into the ticket system which we don't permission to check. Here, you can open a case which is free via the steps in the following link to continue the troubleshooting:
