Let’s suppose the owner of WOW Momo approached you to help them design a database for their need. The client gave the following details:
We sell veg momos (100 rupees), paneer momos (180rupees), chicken momos (230 rupees), all these can be steamed or fried (50rupees extra for fried). We also sell veg and non-veg sandwiches for 120 rupees and 220 rupees respectively, along with cold drinks (80 rupees). We need to maintain the sales records for tax compliances. We also need to maintain the records of raw materials flour, spices, vegetables, cold drinks, dairy items, gas/fuel. There are some expenses which we need to do maintain the business such as marketing, electricity bills, shop rent, petrol charges, internet charges. In addition, we maintain a staff of 3 workers and 2 cooks for whom we need to main attendance and salary records. Workers get10,000 rupees per month and cooks get 18000 rupees per month. We are required to have all the details of their Aadhar cards, such as a permanent address, name, phone number, alternate phone number, mothers name. Details of workers and cooks are:

1. Aayan Malhotra is a worker living in C14/22Khorda, Bhubaneshwar with phone numbers 9898989898 and 9797979797. His mother's name is Richa Malhotra and his Aadhar number is 1111-1111-1111-1111.
2. Taimur Khan is a worker living in D24/22 Dumuduma, Bhubaneshwar with phone numbers 8989898989 and 797979797979. His mother's name is Maya Khan and his Aadhar number is 1212-1112-1112-1112.
3. Misha Pandey is a worker living in E14/21Khorda, Bhubaneshwar with phone numbers 9879879879 and 9879879877. Her mother's name is Rani Dutt and her Aadhar number is 5111-5111-5111-5111.
4. Aayan Malhotra is a cook living in D14/22Khorda, Bhubaneshwar with phone numbers 9879873337 and 9888979797. His mother's name is Richa Malhotra and her Aadhar number is 7811-1571-1451-1221.
5. Anya Khanna is a cook living in E22/22 Khandagiri, Bhubaneshwar with phone numbers 9874738537 and 9823759797. Her mother's name is Nurvi Singh and her Aadhar number is 9873-1571-3939-1221.

To create a database project, you should use SSDT. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/ssdt/project-oriented-offline-database-development?view=sql-server-ver15

If you are asking how to design a database you describe, that is a huge question, and I would highly suggest you purchase a POS (Point of Sale) system off the shelf rather than try to build your own. There are many, many, many things you have not thought of yet, and will be much better off using what someone else did.
