My VM stops responding after about 10 hours each time that it responds after restarting.

I have a VM which for now I am using free of charge to deploy an app. This app is designed to send mails to me. After about 10 hours it stops responding. When I try open RDP for logging in I receive an error message even before I enter the logging credentials. When I restart the VM it logs in afterwards. But then my application will have closed. Thus, I will have to open it again. What could be the cause please?

Hi @Peter

Please go to the Windows Event Viewer and look for "errors", share those errors.

Can you tell me what the error message is when you try to connect via RDP?

Getting that data can help you (and me) to understand the current situation.

The error message I received from desktop is as follows:

Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:

Remote access to the server is not enabled

The remote computer is turned off

The remote computer is not available on the network

The error message I received from mobile connection is as follows:

Unable to connect
And error occurred while communicating with the Remote Desktop Gateway. If this keeps happening contact your network administrator for assistance.
Error code: 0×300005f

Sometimes I also receive the a massage saying "The session had expired". This is when it manages to turn on at times.
