To narrow down this issue, I have some questions to confirm with you:
What is your operating system in your environment? Windows 10 or Windows 11?
Are there any detailed error messages or phenomenons when join Teams meeting?
Does this issue happened only in those Windows update users?
Do you have the same issue if using Teams web client?
If there is no issue in Teams web client, please try to follow these steps to clear your client cache file to see if it can be fixed:
- Sign out on Teams > Quit Microsoft Teams by right clicking the icon and select Quit.
- On your keyboard, Hold Windows key and Press R
- Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams in the RUN then OK.
- Delete the contents of the entire folder.
- Restart Device > Restart Microsoft Teams > Sign In.
