Dear All,

We have a requirement to access the CMS application using Azure AVD. We restricted all access except the necessary applications.

CMS application is hosted in SaaS.

CMS Front End: https://abctest.microsoftcrmportals.com/en-US/

CMS Back End: https://abctest.crm5.dynamics.com/

Query:

I just want to confirm the way i configured the Network security group is correct or not.

Created a NSG outbound rule, to allow port 443 for the public IP address of above mentioned urls? Now application is working.

I assume there wont be any IP change unless we delete the service and recreate and I dont see any pre-defined service tag for CMS application. Kindly help.

If it is an instance of Dynamics 365 then it will have a range of IP addresses so it's likely you would need to whitelist all of those IP addresses.

Thanks all. After adding the outbound rule for APPService (servicetag), all started working fine.
