Are Xamarin Forms and Azure Maps functional?

Azure Maps does have mobile SDKs for iOS and Android, however I'm not aware of any Xamarin bindings at this time. It may be possible to use the Azure Maps Web SDK via WebView in a Xamarin forms app.

Yes, you can get Azure Maps to work in Xamarin forms. However, as I noted, there is not Xamarin bindings for the native Azure Maps SDKs (iOS/Android), so you the only options would be to use the Web SDK via a webview in a Xamarin forms app, or to first create a set of bindings to wrap the Azure Maps native SDKs.
