Hello

I am active duty Air Force and I am trying to take the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Excel Associate (Excel and Excel 2019) certification. I am trying to take this certification through the Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On-Line program. I have a credentialing eligibility letter that I needs assistance filling out so I can get started. Can you point me in the right direction on who can assist me. Below are the questions on the letter and I would need a signature.

Is the Above member eligible to test?
Member was provided an Itemized Price Quote and instructions for completing this certification?
Member is aware of available testing locations near their current duty station
Member and Credentialing Provider understand that the member is not to test without authorization that payment has been approved by the AF COOL CPO
Member has been advised of the credentialing provider’s refund policy
