How to get rid of error message which displays like "You are not eligible for azure free account."

I am not able to login through azure student sign up portal . That portal says that you have already created your account. After logging in through it is showing like you are not eligible for azure free account. Please help me to get through this.

Hi @HARINI VISWANATHAN

Is the email you're using a valid education email address? It needs to be recognised as such in order for you to have the free student account.
