Active Directory "Collection was modified after the enumerator was instantiated"

I am using Active Directory on Windows 10 Version 20H2, I have installed RSAT: Active Directory Domain Services and Lightweight Directory Services Tools as well as RSAT: Server Manager. I have used this in the past successfully on this Machine and have had no issues, but recently only when I open the Users container it will give me the error "Collection was modified after the enumerator was instantiated", then will not allow me to view any of the users. I am able to view computers and every other container without error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both RSAT tools, as well as reimaging my computer and the error persists. Other individuals in my office are able to view the users container without error. Hopefully someone here has a solution that can help me because this is quite frustrating. Thanks!

    Hello BrettFriske-5847,

You could perhaps check out whether the following text (extracted from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/may-25-2021-kb5003214-os-builds-19041-1023-19042-1023-and-19043-1023-preview-8a58ac95-cf5e-4032-9272-23de9ee1d186) might be applicable:

Addresses an issue in Active Directory (AD) Admin Center that displays an error when it lists many organizational units (OU) or container objects and PowerShell Transcription is enabled. The error message is, "Collection was modified after the enumerator was instantiated".

Okay, How do I disable PowerShell transcription inside of ADAC, I do not see a setting for that?
