When opening a VS12 SSRS solution "Incompatible Version"

Is there a way I can establish what is causing the incompatible error in VS12 when opening an SSRS solution? I've installed SSDT, and followed the same installation steps as someone that arrived at the company 6 months prior but I'm unable to work with anything in there.

    I have no idea of what the 'SSRS.Finance' is ？ Seems the 'SSRS.Finance' cause the Incompatible .

    Looks like SSRS.xx are customer .NET assembly, not compatible with the use SSRS version.
    You may have to change .NET version of the assemblies and recompile them.
