Certification record not found

Question

I received a Office2019: Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate in April of 2021 and regardless of what account I try to access it from (school or personal), the account says my certificate cannot be found.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
