Does anyone know how to fix inbox settings?

My inbox settings suddenly changed today, I have tried resetting the view under the view settings and that did not help. I have also had my IT group look into it and they were unable to correct. I have played with the change view settings and none of that resolved the issue either. Posting 2 screen captures, in one you can see how everything is collapsed, I would like to go back to being able to read the info in the panel of messages to see who the sender is and the subject line. Any help would be much appreciated.

    5.Click OK.

Then the sender and subject of the message can be displayed in the panel of messages. Hope to help you!

Hi! Try going to view > change view > compact. Then after that go to layout > reading pane > right and see if that works. It worked for me and I had the same issue, hope this helps!
