Hi @frob ,

There is no available out of the box way to reduce the blank space used for top and bottom margins. You could use hero web part if you want to reduce the blank space between Image web parts.

The Hero web part has way more height than I need. I guess CSS, then?

From this thread: Is there anyway at all to remove the white space under and over web parts? You could add following CSS codes.
