Hello,
I've registered a pay-as-you-go subscription with my working email which is an Microsoft account and have some services active now in Azure. For a special reason, I just got to terminate the contract with the company and my Microsoft account was just locked. However, I haven't had enough time to cancel my subscription so I will be charged.
Could you please help give me some suggestions that how can I cancel my subscription? Can I do that without asking for unlocking my Microsoft account or else?

In case you cannot use your subscription due to account suspended or locked out. It is ideal to contact support at the earliest to take the required action. I recommend you reach out to the Azure subscriptions support team. If you don't have the ability to open a support ticket, you can send an email with your SubscriptionID and link to this thread. I will help in enabling one time free support ticket. Sharing more details in private comment under this.
