@BR - Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that your customers are experiencing the issue.

Since I haven't heard back from you, hoping that the issue might be resolved. If not, please reach out back to us. If you are still experiencing the issues, please share with us more details on what is the error they are experiencing so we can look into it further.

Also, please take a look at some of the options that might be happening, and due to that China customers might not be able to access application.

    • If your tech stack consists of App services, Storage Account, and Databases, you can move the App service to China CDN. In order to App services, Storage Account, and Databases be able to communicate without any issues you need to create a VPN connectivity between public cloud and China cloud.
      • If you use China CDN the users from different region will not be able to access the website, due to the restrictions imposed by the Government.
      • If you would like to use your existing subscription for China CDN, you cannot do that and you need to buy a separate subscription to use China CDN. As China cloud is a special cloud.
      • CDN’s are like standalone machines and hence the code should be updated in both of them manually.

Hope this helps, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
