How to build when MRAN down ?

Hi !
I'm trying to build my R project on DevOps pipelines, but it is regularly failing due to MRAN access errors :

Warning: unable to access index for repository https://mran.microsoft.com/snapshot/2019-12-12/src/contrib:
cannot open URL 'https://mran.microsoft.com/snapshot/2019-12-12/src/contrib/PACKAGES'

How can I fix that ? Is there any alternative location ?
