Excel slow on certain user profile

Hi,
I've deployed excel on terminal server for a number of users.
For some, the performance is as normal.
But for a few others, its dreadful.

I've tried logging the other users off (I was thinking server resources), and only left 1 user who has problems with slow excel, even then its still the same.
I've recreated their user profile, quick & repair has been done, however its still persist.

I am curious as why did excel performance differ between user profiles?

Also, how to do i get this fixed?

    Did this problem only appear in Excel? How about other programs?

    To narrow down this issue, Please do the following:

    1. Use Ping command to test the connection between the test client and the server when problematic users feel slow. Please record the response time and let us know.
    2. Temporarily disable all the redirections (Driver, Printers, video, Clipboard, etc.) & experience (Font smoothing, Desktop background, Visual styles, etc.) from terminal services client and then test the issue again
    3. Temporarily disable all the anti-virus software or firewall between the test client and the server. Check the issue again after that.
