Why are Microsoft Outlook 2010 sent emails going to spam?

For three weeks now all my emails go to recipients spam folder. Both internal and external users see my emails in their spam box. I am the only one in the company with this issue.

This coincides with the IT department giving me a new PC. One other user received a new PC also, but does not have this issue.

    Hi @Jackie Richardson ,

In order to verify, please provide some detailed information:

    1. what type of account are you using?
    2. Are all the emails you send marked as spam? Or some specific emails with pictures, attachments, links?**
    3. Have you tried sending emails on other PC? Does it work normally? According to my search, support for Office 2010 ended on October 13, 2020, and there will be no extension and no extended security updates.
In order to avoid the influence of version, we recommend you install the currently latested version. Besides, it is possible that you are not in their contact list that is why your emails ended in their junk folder.
It is recommended you inform the contacts to add you to their contact list, also tell them to add you in their Safe senders, then send a test email.
