MCSA Cert Missing

Good Afternoon Sir/Mam.

Hope you're keeping well today.

Please assist, sometime in 2019 I had complete the last exam that would qualify me as the above in subject.

When I go to get my cert, there seems to be a problem where i am advised to contact support.

Trying to receive the above cert.

Please Assist.
