Hi,
I created 2 azure support requests monday with a valid "standard" support plan and I still haven't received any reply.
I checked this document https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/support/plans/response/ which says I should have an initial response in less than 4 hours (because my requests were severity B) but it has been almost 4 days and no response.
Are Azure having problems with a huge backlog?
When do you think I will get a response ?
